Every once in a while something happens to reinforce why valued partnerships work so well and are so valued.  Late yesterday Carly, covering for Erin, called me and explained there were some issues that some contracts appeared to not be loaded or loaded properly for our new site and that would affect the price that we would be charged for the big order we placed yesterday to stock the new site.  Together we worked through the situation and will finalize the issues this morning.  Just another highlight and example of what we know we can expect from Erin or anyone on the Oncology Supply customer service team.  Thank you and                        your team for what you do so well for and on behalf of Oncology Hematology Care, Inc.

I wanted to drop you a quick line regarding Michelle Smith. She has always been amazing to us but this week, she has outdone herself. We’re having issues with UPS not wanting to deliver to 3 of our locations because of Harvey. Michelle took the initiative to call me and let me know. She laid out our options, called UPS numerous times to try to facilitate us picking up our boxes at the hub and redirected all of our packages to Fed Ex when UPS wouldn’t cooperate.
She kept me informed of what was going on through each step. I have to say, this is excellent customer service! She has gone above and beyond to ensure we get our drugs. I just wanted you to know that she is an amazing representative for your company.
